About the program

Axion3PL Customer Service & Shipment Updates is an optional text-message program operated by AXION LOGISTICS LLC. Messages concern your customer service requests and shipment updates. This consent does not cover promotional or marketing messages.

Your consent

You can opt in by providing a US mobile number and actively selecting the optional SMS checkbox on our contact form. The checkbox is not selected by default. By opting in, you authorize Axion3PL to send the described messages to the number you provide, including messages sent using an automated messaging system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can contact us and request fulfillment services without enrolling. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use, and contact us if the number changes.

Frequency and message costs

Message frequency varies based on your customer service requests and shipment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Delivery depends on network availability and compatible mobile service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. We may send one text confirming your opt-out. No further program texts will be sent unless you provide new consent. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@axion3pl.com.

To enroll again, provide new consent through the contact form. A new service inquiry alone does not enroll you in text messaging.

Once messaging is active, reply HELP for assistance. You can also email support@axion3pl.com or use our contact form. Please identify the mobile number associated with your request so we can locate your preferences.

Mobile privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to another sender. Service providers may process mobile information only to support our communications and customer service.
